Family Learning Journey Morning and Posting Letters to Santa
Our families came today look at our work. They noticed lots of things that we have got better at.
We then walked safely to the post office to post our letters to Santa. We talked about how the letters might travel in a lorry, a train, helicopter or an aeroplane to get to the North Pole.

Road Safety
We have been learning to cross the road safely. We took turns to be pedestrians and drivers. We learned to say STOP, LOOK, LISTEN. 22.11.18

Measuring and Children in Need
We went on a wellie walk. Mrs Sullivan challenged us to find three sticks and put them in order from the shortest to the longest.
Sue and Nicola came to measure us and to test our eyes and ears.
We visited the Forest School area. We had to find a ticket to enter - a special leaf. We found lots of leaves inside and somebody thought that they heard an elephant but it was just a pheasant!
We dressed up to support Children in Need.

More visitors
We had a fire practice and later real firefighters came to talk to us about their fire engine.
Georgia's Grannie came to play her melodeon and we sang songs, clapped the rhythm and danced.

Our First School Visit
We had our first school visit to Blooms Garden Centre and Bressingham Steam Museum.
First, we sat at a table in the cafe colouring a place setting mat. We coloured in different flowers and vegetables whilst we waited for our hot drink.
Then, we decorated some pots and planted broad beans and cress.
After that, we walked to the museum. We looked for shapes, letters and numbers all over the different exhibition areas. We compared the sizes of different things and talked about things that looked old and things that looked new.
Later, we went on two trains, visited the signal box and had a go on the gallopers. We finished our exciting day at the park.
Thank you to all the people that helped to make our visit so special!
